My client is a leading provider of Storage & Transport to the logistics industry and are looking for an Assistant Stock Controller to join their team.

You will be level-headed in your approach to dealing with paperwork and have a keen eye for the finer details, spotting mistakes and rectifying the issues will be second nature. Comfortable with computer systems, your role will include placing orders on the system and producing the relevant paperwork for the items.

As Assistant to the Stock Controller, you will ensure that stock taking is completed in an efficient and methodical approach.

The Role:

• Producing despatch paperwork
• Placing despatch orders on the system
• Reconciling Paperwork
• Assisting with adding SAP codes
• Communicating with customers on intake queries
• Monday - Friday, 1 Weekend in 3
• 8am - 5.30pm

The Person:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Comfortable with IT systems
• Self motivated, with an interest in Logistics
• Previous experience within Stock/Inventory control would be an advantage
