As a Call Handler working for our client you will answer inbound calls and book appointments.
Offering an immediate start this is an excellent opportunity with full training and induction provided.
Main duties:
- Answering inbound calls
- Booking Covid-19 tests
- General administration duties
Essential requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office.
Contract - Temporary until 31 March 2022
Working hours - You will be required to work 3 x 12 hour shifts any day of the week (36 hours per week). The shifts are 12 hours in duration, 7.45 am - 8.15 pm.
Pay - £9.49 weekends, £13.38 Saturdays & Nights, £17.37 Sundays & Bank holidays
Location - Splott, Cardiff
The role offers an immediate start dependant on satisfactory references & DBS check.
