An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities company as a HR Administrator, working from home, start date as soon as possible! This a full-time temporary contract for 3 months paying £20,067 per annum, £10.42 per hour. The working week will be 37 hours, 8.30am to 16.30pm (can be somewhat flexible).

Job Purpose

This is a great opportunity to join a new Talent Acquisition team, transitioning to a new People Services model.

You'll be one of seven administrators supporting recruitment, onboarding of new employees and contract changes to existing employees. It's a role which will give you variety, challenge and plenty of scope for learning.

You'll work collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team and liaise with stakeholders and employees at all levels across the business as well as new starters to ensure the very best level of service provided.

Experience

To apply, ideally, you'll be either:

  • Studying for your CIPD - looking to start your career in HR or recruitment
  • Have administrative experience gained in a similar HR or recruitment administrative role
  • Be a graduate looking for your first step into the world of HR and recruitment or have solid experience of SAP and/or other HR systems

Skills

  • Alongside the above you'll come equipped with confident communication skills
  • a proactive approach to working
  • excellent planning and organising skills
  • and passion to be a team player in a high performing team.
