£24,000 - £27,000 + Bonus + Van + Training + Progression

Do you want to become a Specialist within the Agricultural Industry? Are you interested in working with Livestock?

My client is a global leader in Livestock breeding solutions who are now looking to add great people to their Reproduction Management Team. You will benefit from a comprehensive training program to ensure you are comfortable working with Livestock on Farms and understand the necessary processes required to offer a fantastic service to your clients.

Although a background in Agriculture is not essential, a love for the Countryside and animals would make this career very rewarding to the right individual.

The Role:

  • Visit customer herds to assess cows and analyse computer records
  • Artificially inseminating the relevant animals
  • Support the farm team to improve fertility within the herd
  • Work with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service and animal health and welfare
  • Make informed decisions based on the genetic plan, animal behaviour and data you have available
  • Full Training Available
  • Any 5 days out of 7

The Person:

  • Logical problem-solver, approachable and adaptable in your approach to work
  • Available to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends as rostered
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organised and confident
  • An interest in Agriculture or previous Farm experience would be an advantage
