Site Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to join our client based in Edinburgh.

They supply LPG to a wide range of customers across the UK.

The Site Supervisor's key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Site Manager in effectively managing the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements
• Maintaining safety in accordance with the Safety Management system to meet compliance and driving a safety culture.
• Adhering with transport compliance, including vehicle maintenance, Drivers hours and Tachograph regulations in addition to Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying to company Operating Procedures and Works Instructions
• Loading & Unloading of Cylinder Vehicles & Trailers
• Professional approach to drive effective team working
• Experience of working with customers, in providing great service and resolving customer issues
• Retaining existing customer base and striving for growth with region
• Assisting & Serving Customers calling to the Site
• Managing site stocks in line with customer demands
• Overseeing efficient scheduling of Cylinder deliveries
• Maintaining control of business assets in alignment with expectations and standards
• Assisting & Serving Customers phoning the Site
• Covering Driver absences/deliveries in busy spells as required
