The role is a full-time, temporary position working Monday to Friday. The role is currently until March 2022. The rate of pay is £11.30 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

We are an executive agency of HMRC with around 3,500 people and currently need people to provide to carry out a range of data processing and administrative tasks to support the operational functions of the Valuation Office Agency.
This is a multifunctional role and as an Administrative Officer you will play a crucial role providing support at administrative level.
Your job will involve a range of duties and we are looking for people who are flexible and adaptable.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Providing excellent customer service, written and verbally
Updating and maintaining databases
Record management and data analysis
We are seeking flexible and dedicated individuals who are customer focused with strong customer service skills
The successful candidates will have the ability to interpret guidance, policy and procedures to enable them to offer the best solutions and, if necessary, direct any queries to the correct department. All issues and queries should be resolved where possible following department guidelines in a professional, tactful manner.
You will be expected to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Whilst the client is flexible to take personal circumstances into account wherever possible when setting the rotas, they are limited in allowing people to 'fix' set hours outside of these times.
