This is your opportunity to join Babcock International to instruct in the field of Driving & Maintenance (D&M) on Armoured Vehicles in accordance with the relevant Course Folder and programme as specified by the Authority.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Instructor with the ability and desire to inspire, challenge, motivate, excite and enthuse students/trainees in order to unlock each individual's full potential.

What will you be doing?
As an Instructor you will play a key role teaching people to drive and maintaining armoured vehicles, manly tracked, some wheeled ones.

Your duties will include:
* Instructing students in D&M on current and future AVs and associated training media and equipment
* Conducting End of Course Assessment (EOCA) in accordance with the appropriate AStrat
* Maintaining Student Admin Booklets (SAB) and data
* Submitting course statistics and reports and returns as required
* Reporting all faults of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Fixtures and Fittings (GFF) used during training
* Liaising with Authority and Group Management on course content
* Assisting the Authority and Group management in the conduct of trials and evaluations as requested.

The experience you'll bring
* You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
* Level 3 Award in Education & Training (equivalent or higher)
* AFV D&M Regimental Instructor Qualification (or higher)
* Ability to be part of an instructional team
* Ability to work unsupervised and using one's own initiative
* IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
