Job Details

Sytner Cardiff is looking for a Health and Safety Co-Ordinator/Parts Advisor.

Your role

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Health and Safety Co-Ordinator/Parts Advisor to join our team at Sytner Cardiff BMW & MINI. This is a dual role that will involve split times between managing the Health and Safety responsibilities of our business across 2 locations/130 colleagues and operating as a member of our Parts team during peak morning hours.

In this role you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers. You will understand both the importance of cultural and behavioural Health and Safety standards and have a strong work ethic, bringing an equal passion and work ethic for each part of the role.

Sytner colleagues work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide the highest possible levels of service.

Your profile

You will have proven experience with a Health and Safety related role and ideally IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications. You will have an impeccable work ethic and attitude and be fully IT literate, with excellent written skills.

High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are important as you will be talking to customers and colleagues constantly as part of the role.

Rewards

Your hard work will be rewarded with subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase Scheme for you and your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, discounts with popular high street retailers, and access to training courses at the BMW Training Academy.

Company

When it comes to careers, nothing feels quite like working in BMW Group Retail. As the most forward-looking automotive brand in the world, we're dedicated to giving customers the very best experience we can. That takes a workforce who aspire to delivering the highest levels of customer service.

We look for people who understand our customers and the role that automotive mobility plays in their lives. People who get genuine satisfaction from knowing customers are inspired by our products and impressed by every aspect of the service we give them.

If you understand what makes our engines run and customers tick, we'll make sure you stay that step ahead. With training from the BMW Group Academy UK and a chance to work on cutting-edge technology, we'll help you to develop as a professional and grow your career within BMW Group Retail.
