Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf of our reputable client for Customer Advisors to join their team located in Stirling. These are permanent opportunities working within our client office.

Overview:

This role will be working in a fast-paced office environment scheduling engineers planned and reactive maintenance requests from our customers. The role will also involve working closely with other departments internally to schedule installations of new equipment sales. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service working closely with the engineering team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being first point of contact for engineering support to our customers on incoming phone calls.
  • Efficient time and geographical management of engineer's scheduling diary.
  • Raise breakdown cases on the Microsoft CRM Field One system, assign to an engineer and keep customer updated. Follow any customer enquiry through to conclusion.
  • Schedule in planned maintenance service work to ensure customer equipment is kept compliant to guidance and manufacturer's standards.
  • Building clients relationships and providing quality care and customer satisfaction.
  • Being commercially driven working to service group KPI targets in terms of revenue, attendance to breakdowns and communication levels to customers.
  • Respond knowledgeably to questions or queries from existing and future customers on our product and service offering.
  • Ensure customer is provided with all documentation and reports following an engineer visit which allows them to remain compliant for any inspection visits.

Experience:

We are looking for candidates who have ideally worked within a customer service role and able to work in a faced paced environment and able to provide fantastic customer service to our clients.

  • Experience of working in a busy call handling environment
  • Face to face or phone customer service experience
  • Scheduling/handing booking requests experience preferred but not essential
