This is your opportunity to join Babcock International planning and conducting robust assessments in accordance with apprenticeship assessment plans and in line with Babcock Assessments delivery and quality assurance requirements.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a flexible approach and strong work ethic. You will have good interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills.

What will you be doing?
As an Independent End Point Assessor you should be willing to undertake travel within Milton Keynes, Luton and Stevenage area's as the role and business needs require.

Your duties will include:
* Carrying out EPA activities, assessing, gathering evidence, document findings, grade learners in the workplace against both the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan for each respective occupation and complete and submit all assessment documentation timely, in line with Babcock Assessments delivery and quality assurance requirements
* Managing own diary effectively to ensure assigned learners EPA is conducted against SLAs and Assessment Plan requirements
* Providing a provisional grade to the EPA learner and employer
* Reporting all risks, issues and suspected malpractice encountered during end point assessment activities immediately

The experience you'll bring
* Must have or have the ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance
* Must have UK drivers licence
* An Assessor qualification would be ideal but not essential
* Occupational experience is a must
* Managerial experience
* L2 Math's and English functional skills
