The role exists in order to provide SSHEQR support across the business. The successful candidate would implement and maintain several SHEQR related tools, databases and registers.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated self-starters who:

  • Has experience in data and system management, manipulation and assessment.
  • Has a keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify information trends.
  • Can work flexibly and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met whilst providing support to the business.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for maintenance and administration of our SSHEQR Information System (Synergi Life) including:

  • User account administration on behalf of BUs and Functions.
  • Data input into the system.
  • Generation of reports to support business reporting and analysis.
  • Provision of support and training to system users.
  • Technical System Administration of Synergi Life.
  • Provide support to future System Development.

You will further be responsible for developing and maintaining companywide SSHEQR reports and dashboards within the Data Warehouse. Also, you will be responsible for management and administration of other SSHEQR databases and systems including Sharepoint Databases, Sypol COSHH Database and Q-Pulse Law Legislation database.

What do I need to do the role?

You will need experience of data and systems management and administration.

We would also like you to have the following:

  • Experience of using data mining tools such as Power BI.
  • Basic awareness of Health and Safety management at work.
  • Experience of managing Health and Safety, Environment and/or Quality data and systems.
  • Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Excel Skills

Lastly, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
