Who we are looking for?

You will report to the Chief Engineer/Site Manager for the management and administration of all matters Logistics at RAF Northolt. It is important that that all documentation is produced, maintained and recorded in accordance with Defence Logistics Framework (DLF).

What will you be doing?
* Ensuring that all subcontracts on site are operating in accordance with Statement Contract Requirement S 14, all losses are accounted for and ensuring that those losses are investigated and only put forward for write off in accordance with write off delegations.
* Ensuring that all Supply Management checks are completed on time and MJDI alerts are scrutinised and actioned.
* Preparation of all stocktaking paperwork and promulgation of the quadrennial stocktaking programme, also, the completion of the annual stocktaking report for HQ Air Command.
* Approving all requests for GPC/LVP and ensuring that equipment is not Service Supplied or covered by MOD Enabling Contracts.
* Maintain an archive for all auditable documentation for a period of 3 years and 7 years for archives containing purchasing documents.

The experience you'll bring
* Logistics/warehouse management experience
* Ex HM Forces Supply management trained - desirable
* Previous Team Lead experience; day to day > than 20 FTE's
* You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
