Azure and Active Directory Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip IT company, is currently seeking an Azure and Active Directory Specialist based on their customer site in Aldermaston. This is a full-time, permanent role, working a 9-day fortnight, mond to Friday and then Monday to Thursday. The role is paying up to £550 per day depending on experience. Please note for the first 4-6 weeks this role will be based onsite then will become hybrid working 2 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.

**Please note security clearance is preferred ideally DV would consider SC**

The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting a strategic change to the service model and implementing new statements of work. This will require working closely with the Operations Manager and Account Project Lead to define and implement a more agile and collaborative structure which is capable of blending BAU support with short term projects and ad-hoc requests, where scoped and agreed. This will be achieved by following Agile and ITIL Continuous Service Improvement methodologies.

• Awareness of Change and Release Management
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and comfortable working with ambiguity

Skills and Experience

• Azure Windows Virtual Desktop
• Azure Containers
• Axure Kubernetes
• Azure Endpoint Management / Intune
• Good knowledge across SCCM; WSUS; SCOM 2012; AGPM; Lumensions
• Minimum 5yrs of active AD role
• ITIL Foundation certified with a broad experience across Service Management disciplines and Agile delivery
