Production Worker

Manpower is currently recruiting for machine minding assistants working for our client based in the Woolston area with a pay rate of £9.21 per hour and a £50.00 per week shift attendance bonus paid after 12 weeks continuous work.

Working 6 am till 6 pm rotating shifts days & nights 4 days on 4 days off.

You will be working in one of the following departments

• Trainee assistants in flexographic printing department
• Trainee assistants in ink department
• Trainee assistants in slitting department
• Trainees in flexographic plate mounting department
• Trainee assistants in blown film extrusion department

Requirements:

• 
  Methodical but fast approach - No cutting corners
  * Good observation skills
  * Patience with repetitive tasks
  * Previous experience in operation of PLC controlled machines will be an advantage

Please note that it is physically demanding job and heavy lifting is part of the requirement. Some departments require working at heights. Some have flashing lights. Noise level is around and above 85dB. Individuals with previous experience in operation of PLC controlled machines will be welcomed.
