Mechanical Fitter - Test Bed

We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter - Test Bed for a permanent position in Leeds. Our client is a well-established engineering manufacturer in Leeds who supply to the oil and gas industry. Due to the increase in workload the business now requires a Mechanical Fitter who has a team orientated approach to join the busy department. As a Mechanical Fitter your role will involve working in the test bed department, including Hydro/pressure testing of pipework. Your role will involve dismantling a variety of equipment, you will be using impact tooling and bolting etc. You must be able to read ISO drawings and complete the associated paperwork. Good all-round mechanical assembly skills will be required. The role will be working days with an early finish on a Friday and there is overtime available paid at a premium rates.
