Customer Service Advisor - Fraud

£10.51 per hour + Excellent Benefits

(Temporary ongoing role with the potential of permanent employment)

Joining the fast-moving Financial Crime team of one of Britain's biggest banks, you will use your customer service skills to the full and enjoy genuine impact on the safety and satisfaction of their clients. Prove you have the can-do approach and commitment to customers they require and you could move into a permanent position - with a fast-moving career that could take you almost anywhere.

You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to retail and online payment disputes - building real rapport and reaching the right resolution. To succeed, you'll need to ask relevant questions, fully understand customer's concerns and involve specialist colleagues when needed.

It's an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme lasting five to six weeks plus extensive ongoing support. Whether you're an experienced customer service professional or an ambitious school or college leaver, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time.

If you have what it takes, you can expect a fantastic starting salary and 33 days' holiday (pro-rata where appropriate). In return, you'll need a flexible approach to working hours as the role will involve working 5 days out of 7 between 8am-9pm

The role will be office based for the first 12 weeks whilst you complete the full training programme, after this there will then be the option to work remotely.

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.

Due to a high number of applicants we aren't able to respond to each individual application, if you haven't heard back regarding your application within 14 days unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
