Logistics Transport Coordinator

Salary: between £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience + bonus benefits

Location: Severn Beach, Bristol

Hours: Monday to Friday, weekly rotating either 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm

The Role:

• Dealing with drivers upon entry to the Logistics Site
• Work with warehouse team leaders to manage the flow of orders to the pick team
• Oversee customer inventory to always maintain stock integrity
• Investigate any delivery issues that may arise
• Liaise with Clients and transport companies to understand any restrictions that may affect the Clients deliveries
• Book inbound and outbound deliveries with the relevant sites
• Support all Supply Chain procedures from Co coordinating deliveries to Managing shipping documentation and Dispatch
• Support our clients with any queries that may arise
• Work closely with the Contracts, Warehouse Manager and Clients to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole
• General Site Administration at the request of Management

You:

• Administration office experience preferred
• Ability to prioritise
• Ability to adapt to change
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Previous Logistics Office Experience although not essential as full training will be given
• Excellent communication customer service skills
• Ambitious and willingness to put own stamp on workload
