We are recruiting for Corporate Customer Service Advisors to work for our financial services client based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
This is a full time 35 hour per week temporary ongoing contract with shifts between Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. including 36 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) on a pro rata basis and exposure to the working dynamics of a leading financial services organisation which can offer many career opportunities.
The role will initially be working from home for the first few months, with all training for the role conducted via Zoom from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to attend the office 1 day a week towards the end of training.
Joining the Corporate Customer Service Team of one of Britain's biggest banks, you will use your customer service skills to the full, demonstrating you have the can-do approach and commitment to their customers whilst understanding their business requirements. You will be accountable for customer/stakeholder queries delivering the most appropriate and effective solution, in line with standard process guidelines and within agreed time-lines. You will establish good working relationships with other units within and outside customer service including Relationship Managers and key operational stakeholders working with a specific customer sector. Comply with policies, deliver against all relevant statutory, regulatory, supervisory and legal obligations.
This is an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme plus extensive ongoing support. As an experienced customer service professional, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in either over the telephone or face to face customer service.
* Be PC literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Have a strong sense of accountability.
* Have a passion for delivering first class customer experience.
