Machine Operators - Stowmarket - £12.81ph

We are currently recruiting for Machine and Production staff for our client in Stowmarket. As our client expands their current workforce, they are looking for Production / Machine operators to join their business. You will be joining at a fantastic time as they look to increase their workforce. These roles are contracted to start with the opportunities for temp to perm for the right staff.

These roles we be working a continental shift pattern with a yearly rota for already set for 2022. Hours of work are covering Monday - Sunday covering both shift's 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00 ( scheduled 3 shifts a week )

• Ability to read and follow instructions as well as take instructions from site leaders.
• Work as part of a team as well as independently as required.

• Previous production / manufacturing experience

The right candidate must have good attention for details and a flexible working approach as you may have to work on multiple sections across their site. Team work is essential to be successful for this role as you will be running various on site production machines on a daily basis. This role is long term with Temp to perm opportunity.
