Brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main MEH, cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station's 2,500 rooms.

Who we are looking for?

As a Cable Tray Project Engineer, we are looking for someone that has experience in electrical project delivery and has the ability to solve issues relating to electrical systems including layout and installation. We require someone that also has experience with mechanical engineering issues in relation to electrical installations. Experience with different earthing activities are also required for this role.
Candidates that have worked in a nuclear environment are ideal however this is not a prerequisite.

What will you be doing?
* Working as part of the electrical team
* Ensuring that construction elements are incorporated into the design
* Involved in the mechanical design of cable tray supports
* Interface with the design and construction teams

The experience you'll bring
* Experience of delivering an electrical project
* Experience of mechanical engineering and layout issues.
* Ability to review designs and advise how to apply standards.
* Problem solving ability
* Will need to have or be able to obtain necessary security clearance
