French Speaking Digital Development Representative

Manpower has a unique opportunity for a French Speaking Digital Development Representative to join our Inside Sales Team, initially the role will be fully remote with a hybrid mix of home and office work planned for the future.

As a Digital Development Representative, you will be fundamental in growing new and existing customer opportunities for our leading IT Client. Focusing on the French Market we are looking for candidates with a professional proficiency of the French language and good English language skills. We have a diverse and inclusive culture and working within the wider Digital team there will be a great opportunity to develop and strengthen your language skills.

You will be responsible for the initial screening of inbound leads, connecting with customers to understand their business challenges, understanding customer requirements and recommending solutions as well as connecting with and engaging prospective leads.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer engagement, online marketing, product promotion or digital selling and be able to demonstrate a good track record of results. You will be able to work autonomously and proactively with good attention to detail and the ability to influence social selling through customer engagement.

Ongoing and comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.

An excellent salary of £26,700 is on offer with working days Monday to Friday - there is no weekend working!
