Our valued client is looking for a full-time Recruitment Administrator in the Healthcare sector.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator based at our Exeter Head Office. This is a hybrid working, full-time role offering 37.5 hours per week. The HR team is a key function of the Organisation and this is an brilliant opportunity to join a friendly, hard-working and fast paced team within the Recruitment department.
You will be required to look after the recruitment process. This will include organising and interviewing candidates, liaising with Recruiting Managers and assisting all candidates with the on boarding experience.
You will oversee a number of vacancies and new starters at any one time and ensure that all necessary pre-employment checks are completed to the required standard and in a timely manner. This role relies heavily on relationship building, organisational and administration skills.
* English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above and a good level of administrative experience
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Data Entry
* Experience in providing excellent customer service
* Admin experience
* Works well on their own and as a part of a team
The role offers an hourly rate of £9.92.
