Job Details

Vines of Gatwick is looking for a Trainee SMART Repair Technician.

Your role
  • You will be responsible for repairing minor accident damage to panels and alloy wheels, painting, lacquering, and finishing and all other minor cosmetic repairs in our bodyshop.
  • Whilst the customers' vehicle and property are in our possession you will seek to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • You must carry out all work in a safe, environmentally friendly and economical way.
  • Build a bank of knowledge and skills to enhance the reputation of the Vines Group at every opportunity when interacting with others.
  • To complete all on-the-job training and training course over the training period.

Your profile
  • Ability to offer a high volume fast paced service while maintaining exceptional standards
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • A full driving licence
  • Ability to work on your own initiative with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a smart repair, bodyshop or accident repair environment is preferable.
