Job Details
Your role
- You will be responsible for repairing minor accident damage to panels and alloy wheels, painting, lacquering, and finishing and all other minor cosmetic repairs in our bodyshop.
- Whilst the customers' vehicle and property are in our possession you will seek to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- You must carry out all work in a safe, environmentally friendly and economical way.
- Build a bank of knowledge and skills to enhance the reputation of the Vines Group at every opportunity when interacting with others.
- To complete all on-the-job training and training course over the training period.
Your profile
- Ability to offer a high volume fast paced service while maintaining exceptional standards
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times.
- A full driving licence
- Ability to work on your own initiative with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a smart repair, bodyshop or accident repair environment is preferable.
