Manpower Belfast are working in direct partnership with a large distribution company in Mallusk. We have an immediate requirement for 4 Office Administrators to join their team. These roles are initially temporary but will become permanent for the right candidates.
General Admin Duties
Answering and dealing with customer calls in relation to orders
Completion of office paperwork.
Data input duties.
Liaise with drivers and warehouse operatives regarding stock levels.
All duties as required to ensure smooth running of the administration of the warehouse.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

Hours of work:
9am to 5pm, working on a 5 out of 7 days shift pattern basis.
Hourly rate of pay £10.70ph
