Warehouse Coordinator with FLT Licence

Overview

The overall purpose of a Warehouse Coordinator is to manage the daily duties involved in running a warehouse and providing administrative and sales support to the sales office.

Duties / Activities / Responsibilities:

Your duties will include (but are not expressly limited to):

Goods in

- Unloading containers/ deliveries using forklift/ pallet truck and/or other equipment. Counterbalance FLT licence essential.

- Heavy lifting/ manual work so need to be physically fit

- Assisting with booking container arrivals

Goods Out

- To include picking/packing, wrapping, palletising goods for customer delivery

- Assisting with booking transport collections and customer deliveries

- Producing delivery notes/ POD's

Mail order

- Picking/packing any mail order/ warranty orders

- Liaising with courier for collections/ delivery notes/ labels

- Producing POD's where required

Products rework

- Accepting damaged returns/ reworks

- Logging any issues/ concerns for quality alerts where required

- Product reworks/ parts replacement as required

- Repackaging for resale

- Dealing with consumer issues/fact-finding/ assistance when required

Trade Shows/ Dealer Events

- Trade show/event set up/ break down

- Grill assembly

Warehouse

- Ensure warehouse is clean and tidy at all times

- Stock control and regular inventory checks

- Stock rotation/replenishment of goods

- Ensuring equipment is fully maintained/ refuelled/ serviced

- Health and Safety

Office

- Assist with answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries

- Placing and releasing customer orders

- Producing pick notes/ delivery notes/ POD's

- Ensure showroom/reception/ office is clean/ tidy

Own vehicle will be needed due to location

Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm

Occasional evening/weekend

£23,000 per annum

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
