This is your opportunity to join Babcock International recruiting, progressing and completing a caseload of learners covering the East midlands and North East area within Active Leisure sector.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a flexible approach and strong work ethic. You will have good interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills.

What will you be doing?
As a Regional Trainer you should be willing to undertake travel within East midlands and North East areas as the role and business needs require.

Your duties will include:
* Delivering agreed targets
* Identifying and engaging potential employers and enrol learners onto government funded programmes and commercial learners to achieve targets
* The training, assessment, progression and completion of learners as per the Awarding Body (or Assessment Organisation) code of Practice and Babcock Quality Assurance frameworks. This will be delivered through face to face or group training activity
* Effectively diary manage to ensure all learners within your caseload are fully supported to meet company and contractual requirements

The experience you'll bring
* Must have or have the ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance
* L2 certification in fitness instructing - Essential
* Personal Training Level 3 - Essential
* Management experience within relevant occupational discipline
* Up to date industry knowledge to include legislation knowledge
* Ideally based in Yorkshire, Leeds or Humberside area
