Manpower UK are recruiting a Team Leader for our highly reputable client, working within their national operations centre (contact Centre) located at Castle Donington.
As the Team Leader you will have the overall responsibility for driving team success by agreeing, implementing, and monitoring both individual and team objectives and targets.
You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure quality and controls are always maintained and that all internal procedures are followed. Encourage, motivate, and build the team by understanding and respecting the diversity and skills of team members. Organise and conduct regular team meetings, 1‐2‐1 meetings, appraisals, and personal development plans, rewarding good performance.
Candidates should have worked within a contact centre environment and have previous experience within a Senior Customer Service or Team leader role.
Hours of work are Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm but the site ours are 8am - 8pm.
