Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for an Administrator to join its Maintenance department.

You will provide an admin support service as directed by the Maintenance Lead Team. You will primarily be responsible for:

  • General admin duties to support the Maintenance Department (including Work Management).
  • Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Department evaluator overseeing all maintenance functions.
  • Prepare monthly accountability packs.
  • Support the stations rework process.
  • Coordinate all maintenance requisitions, orders and call off contracts.
  • Budget monitoring.
  • Collate/prepare meeting packs.
  • Update OPEX boards in the workshop.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and competencies;

  • Ability to work self-sufficiently to produce the station data requirements.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Objects (preferable).
  • The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills.
  • Receptive to change, resilient and adaptable.
  • Discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Personable and approachable and the ability to build strong working professional relationships with stakeholders/ customers.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to support the business needs as the Station enters defueling.
  • 5 GCSEs grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent NVQ or experience.

If successful, you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary assignment at our clients site and will need to undergo BPSS checks as well as a drug & alcohol test.
