Your role
Supporting a team of BMW New Sales Consultants, you will take ownership for the fulfilment of all responsibilities relating to the customer and their new BMW vehicle, following conclusion of the contract. Reporting into the BMW General Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for progressing the delivery arrangements for new BMW vehicles via our in-house Preparation Centre, ensuring that cleared funds have been received, and that part-exchange vehicles are re-appraised and speedily entered into our used vehicle preparation process.
The highlight of the role is the handover of all New BMW vehicles to customers, with the objective of creating a truly special occasion for the customer and cementing a lifelong relationship with the company.
Your profile
You might already have automotive experience. Or, you could bring us proven experience in a customer-centric role from a different industry - you'll get all the training you need to make a successful switch. A flair and passion for understanding new technology and BMW products is essential, with excellent proven verbal and written communication skills, good numeracy skills, being highly organised, and having a genuine natural passion for looking after customers.
