We are looking for a Colleague Services HR Support to work for one of our client in Bristol at Aztec West
About the role
You will be responsible for completing administrative activities aligned to a colleagues pay, sick pay and contracts and ensuring they are processed efficiently. Including but not limited to completing transactions in salary changes, role code changes, one-off payments and internal company move contracts. On top of this you will develop great knowledge in Reward processes and policies to complete Reward queries/cases and raise anything complex to the HR. You will be a trusted colleague by providing a consistent and high quality service while being flexible to work across boundaries. You will need to be able to use Excel programme
