We are currently recruiting for a transport administrator/yard operative for our national client based in Glasgow. The role will involve hours being worked between 8am and 5pm - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Working between the yard and the transport office.
This will involve, but not be limited to:
- Customer & driver queries
- Vehicle downloads and spot checks
- Dealing with breakdowns & defects
- Run sheets & ETAs
- Driver debrief
- Other administrative duties
Experience and skills:
- Strong admin skills
- Warehouse experience
- Good customer service
- Ability to organise
- Able to work independently and part of a team
