Store Manager

Are you looking for a brand new challenge starting in the New Year?, We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Full Time Store Manager based in Cowley, Oxford salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000 plus bonus.

Reporting into the Regional Manager you will be working for a well- known brand and be responsible and in charge of the day to day running of the store, ensuring your team match products to the customer needs whilst delivering outstanding customer service. You will support your team to achieve sales targets through innovative yet effective sales of the store products whilst maintain first class customer service at all times.

Based in Store Cowley, Oxford you will be;

• Experienced in running a Store and Managing a Team
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of Team Management Skills
• A proven track record to deliver against store targets
• Ability to build a rapport & communicate effectively with a wide range of customers
• Drive Customer Service Standards
• Experienced in training and able to coach and develop your team to develop and achieve results
• Ability to work under pressure
