Job Title: Guard Room Clerk
Location: Henlow, Buckinghamshire, GB, SG16 6DN
Compensation: £19,266.00 + Benefits
Role Type: Full time / Permanent

We are offering the opportunity to a friendly and professional person to help the Main Guard Room in the welcoming and processing of visitors to site at RAF Henlow.

Who we are looking for?
You'll be responsible for providing all administration requirements in accordance with the contractual obligations, for issue of passes and permits. You will be working with a small team to manage the visitors passing through the Main Guard Room in order to gain access to site.

What will you be doing?
* All aspects of duties involved in the operational functioning of the Main Guard Room. Your references are; JSP 440, AP 3184, JSCSC and SSO's (Security)
* Initiation and review of all Temporary/Permanent staff and visitors' vehicle passes issued on station.
* Initiation and review of all Contractors' personal and vehicle passes issued on the Station.
* Initiation and review of all Dependants' passes issued on the Station.
* Initiation and review of all Civil Servants' vehicle passes issued on the Station.

The experience you'll bring
* Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft packages
* Experience in a similar environment
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
