Senior HR advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR advisor for a four-month contract based in Littlemore, Oxford. The role is a full time or part time position, depending on your preference.

Overview:

To support HR processes associated with potential redeployment and / or dismissal of staff not meeting Vaccination as a Condition of Deployment regulations.

Specifically the work will include: supporting redeployment processes, manager discussions, potential SOSR dismissal including meetings, notice letters, completion of payroll leaver forms

Essential skills:

• Significant HR / employee relations experience.
• Up to date employment law
• Able to organise their work
