We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our established team in Grangemouth. This role is office based and will require you to work in the branch.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Candidate payroll
- Client vetting
- Updating daily spreadsheets
- Managing candidate administrative tasks
- Assisting with compliance checks when needed
- Answering calls
- Strong excel skills
- Previous payroll experience would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a TEAM but also from your own initiative at times
- Ability to work well under pressure
Due to nature of this role a driving licence is essential.
