We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Administrators working for one of the UK's leading employee benefit provider.

You will be working within a team and responsible for the management of Broker quotations and renewals. Liaising with brokers to provide them with quotations from leads sent to our client for services such as; income protection, life insurance, critical illness, dental cover and sick pay insurance.

Your job will be to manipulate data using Microsoft excel (experience is required), assess risk and input the data their bespoke system to price.

Communication is key to this role, to include open communication with brokers, mostly via direct contact (phone calls) and working towards specific service level deadlines to ensure good customer service.

Training: to start, you will complete 4 weeks formal training to learn the process (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) and then you'll be in an academy for a further 8-10 weeks to embed that training with dedicated buddies on hand to help.

Hours of work: 36.5 hours - Monday to Friday - flexible between the hours of 8am - 5pm
