General Sales Manager based in Cheshire
I have a great job for a General Sales Manager for an used car fleet based close to Northwich.
The Job:
- Drive sales, from financial management, strategic management, and people development.
- Implement and increased efficiency culture centred around staff involvement
- Maximise profitability through the sales of Vehicles and Finance and Insurance
- Review sales operations to quicken response times and meet customers' expectations
- Inspire, motivate, and develop team members to be the best they can be
- Chair regular team meeting to share organisational reviews to fully engage team members in the development of the business.
- Develop and deploy a monitored accountability framework for the sales department
- Ensure sales achieve agreed objectives and KPI's
- Develop and encourage sales engagement through interactive dialog
- Maintain and increase finance and insurance product penetration.
- Define measurable business key performance indicators across the organisation
- Create a culture that aligns attitudes towards constant improvement and development
The Person
- Automotive industry experience is essential

Working hours - 40 hrs per week - Role includes weekend working with two consecutive days off in the week
Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 5pm
1 weekday 11am -7pm
2 weekdays 9am -7pm
Salary: Basic £50,000 -£60,00, OTE £80,000 plus car and comprehensive benefits package
