This is your opportunity to join Babcock as a Technical Administrator working in Infrastructure Department, reporting and working with the Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the RSME Contract.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an organised and positive individual who works well within a team and is willing to take a step up and learn. You will be well organised and tenacious with good communication skills, both verbally and written. You will be customer focused with the ability to build positive working relationships.

What will you be doing?

As a Technical Administrator you will

* Provide administration support throughout the department
* Manage, maintain and update documentation and systems
* Use management information systems to monitor and manage departmental tasks including inputting, extracting and analysing data and accepting and dispatching jobs
* Carry out a purchasing function including raising requisitions, receipting purchase orders and resolving issues and queries
* Assist in the preparation of management information reports
* Support in the collation of department information

The experience you'll bring

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (including Maths & English).
* Experience in working with management information systems
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Proven track record of working within a fast-paced customer focused organisation

* Must have or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
