Manpower are looking for a Business Development Manager for our client based in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a strong background in winning new business and developing relationships, especially within Technology, to join a rapidly growing company who have an great package on offer.
The role is well suited to someone who is an experienced sales leader, looking to join a company in real ascendancy. The post-holder will be responsible of the creation and implementation of strategy and sales frame work, the direct leadership of the channel sales team - which consists or will consist of multiple Sales Manager, Business Development Manager and Account Managers.Â
The company operates in the market of the Internet of Things (IoT). Having a background in technology will be very advantageous.
What We Need From You..
- Proven track record of developing and winning new business
- At least 5 years experience in Channel sales oriented Business Development
- Confidence in selling to a wide range of people and seniority
- Strong commercial acumen
- Tech background is a strong preference
- Be flexible and have a can-do attitude
- Possess a consultative approach to sales
- Growth mindset
- Degree level education is preferable, but not essential
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
What You Get In Return..
- Competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 (Dependant on experience)
- On target earnings of 100% of base salary
