Job Title: Customer Services Specialist - Broker Services
Basingstoke & Hybrid role
Start date: various March/April 2022

Flexible hours of work:
- Full-time: 5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - flexible hours between 8am - 5pm (core hours 10am-4pm must be covered)
- Part-time: 24 hours minimum per week - flexible days (core hours 10am-4pm must be covered on days worked) *first 5 weeks training will require Mon-Fri 9-5 working hours
Remote working:
Our client offer a hybrid model with a blend of working remotely and in the office. You will be required to meet in the office around once a month for important meetings and training opportunities
Role:
You will be working within a fun & friendly team, responsible for the management of broker quotations and renewals. Liaising with brokers to provide them with quotations from leads for services for their employees such as income protection, life insurance, critical illness, dental cover and sick pay insurance.
Communication is key to this role, to include open communication with brokers, mostly via direct contact (phone calls/emails) and working towards specific service level deadlines to ensure good customer service.
Key skills required:
- Good IT skills (excel & outlook)
- Good organisation skills
- Good telephone manner
- Customer Service experience
Training:

You will complete 5 weeks formal paid training remotely to learn the process (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00).
