Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Digitisation Lead (part time) to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum, based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead (will require 2 days per week working from the office based in LHD). This is a part-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working 14.5 hour week, to start ASAP (a maximum of a 1-month notice period could be considered). This role is paying up to £73,000 FTE per annum, pro rata (=29200 per annum), depending on experience.

There is a global Product Data Management programme running which will output a new tool. This will form the much needed digital backbone we need to create, collate and syndicate complete and accurate product data out to the market. This will enable us to confidently provide the right data at the right time to unlock efficiencies, savings and growth for the UK and Irelands. There are multiple contributing functions and platforms that have a part to play in the e2e process. The tool will ultimately bring them all together as one connected infrastructure and way of working. With this comes a big change for Marketing, Artwork Excellence, R&D, Supply Chain and Master Data. The project's ambitions are huge and as such will be delivered in phases; the purpose of this role is to act as the lead Change Manager to successfully land this new capability across the relevant communities within the UKI and encourage adoption.

Main job purpose:
In your role as Product Data Management Change Lead:
* You will join regular global sessions to validate or feedback on proposed ways of working, wireframes and guide programme team members toward a future fit solution for the UKI teams
* You will be division and category agnostic meaning you'll need to build and maintain a community of SMEs to validate your own thinking with regard to design input.
* You will be responsible for stakeholder management, owning senior engagement sessions locally.
* You will lead the change management programme locally to successfully embed the tool across the UKI landscape.
* You will be a core User Acceptance Tester and expected to manage any other local UAT requirements (we usually have a squad / project team from each division)

The key responsibilities for this role are:
* Inputting and validating process and tool design
* Leading end user testing and acting as the point of sign-off for UKI
* Owning all local comms
* Taking responsibility for stakeholder management across the UKI
* Organise training and support sessions
* Developing a framework for business adoption
* Critically evaluating the value potential to unlock cost savings and revenue growth as quickly as possible for the market
* Reporting on KPIs and objectives

Relevant Experience / Skills
* Experience in product data processes; specifically in the Marketing Artwork process and/or eCommerce
* Change management / digital transformation programme experience
* Strong, cross-functional network to build engagement and support across all process touchpoints
* Able to confidently push for things we need as a market
* Must be tenacious and perseverant when it comes to implementation
* Leadership behaviours to help the Divisions to navigate complex business processes and technologies
* Be a champion for change with an energy/ passion for transforming way of working to deliver more value for the business
