Customer Service Specialist

We are pleased to be recruiting for Customer Service Specialists to join a premier global background screening and workforce solutions provider.

About You : You'll spend your time working on emails and take calls and chats to both their clients and their applicants. Enthusiasm is vital, because they expect your last customer of the day to receive exactly the same great experience as your first. You'll need resilience and empathy too - you will be speaking to applicants who are seeking either their first working role or a new role in a new company and they may need help with understanding what is required for their background screening.

You'll be trained, supported and empowered to resolve every transaction in the best way possible.

Candidate Specification

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills within a customer service department
  • Great interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency using Word, Excel and Email
  • Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy being paramount
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Neat, tidy and organised worker

Our working hours:

  • Your shifts will vary on a weekly basis to cover these hours. Typical shifts are 7am-3:30pm, 9am- 5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm.
  • You'll work 37.5 hours a week.

You will be required to work from home depending on the government updates. You will be asked about your capability to work from home during your telephone interview.

Roles may be initially trained and on-boarded virtually, you may be asked to come to the office for the first few days.
