I have a superb opportunity for a Transport & Logistics Administrator to work for a global freight forwarding company based in Stockport.
Daily Duties:
- Customer service
- Order processing
- Setting up contracts and new clients on our dedicated system
- Support of commercial manager
- Routing of vehicles
- Checking invoices
- Creating reports on our dedicated system and through Excel
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying etc
Requirements:
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be able to deal with pressure
- Be a good communicator
- Be able to self-motivate during our quieter times in the summer
- Enjoy working as part of a small team
- Have good attention to detail
- Be thorough
- Be accurate
- Possess a good phone manner
- Have some work and Excel experience
- Be patient and confident when dealing with customers
- Be a good organiser
Salary:
£24,000 - £28,000 DOE working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, plus an extensive benefits package and career progression opportunities
