I have a superb opportunity for a Transport & Logistics Administrator to work for a global freight forwarding company based in Stockport.

Daily Duties:

  • Customer service
  • Order processing
  • Setting up contracts and new clients on our dedicated system
  • Support of commercial manager
  • Routing of vehicles
  • Checking invoices
  • Creating reports on our dedicated system and through Excel
  • General office duties such as filing, photocopying etc

Requirements:

  • Have outstanding customer service skills
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be able to deal with pressure
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be able to self-motivate during our quieter times in the summer
  • Enjoy working as part of a small team
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be thorough
  • Be accurate
  • Possess a good phone manner
  • Have some work and Excel experience
  • Be patient and confident when dealing with customers
  • Be a good organiser

Salary:

£24,000 - £28,000 DOE working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, plus an extensive benefits package and career progression opportunities
