Job Title: Conference Centre Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon, GB, PE28 2EA
Compensation: £10,078.00 + Benefits
Role Type: Part time - 20 hours per week

We wish to appoint a part-time Conference Centre Coordinator (20 hrs a week - 4 hours a day over 5 days) responsible to the Admin Supervisor for the day-to-day operations of the Skyways Conference Centre.

What will you be doing?
* Process booking requests and cancellations ensuring all systems remain accurate
* Updating the front desk screen with information of the daily meetings
* Preparation of the conference rooms as required by the customer
* Undertake Building Custodian duties for the Skyways Conference Centre facility

The experience you'll bring
* Experience in administration within a busy customer led environment
* Demonstrate high level of IT Literacy
* The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels
