TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY ONGOING

Customer Service Advisor - Fraud, 35 hours FT

Deliver world-class customer service for a leading global bank.

(Office based training then hybrid schedule)

£10.99 per hour + uplift for unsociable working hours, 25% 6am till 7am, 10% 8pm till 9pm, 25 % 9pm till Midnight

(Office based training then work from home and office 2/3 days per month office)

Joining the fast-moving Financial Crime team of one of Britain's biggest banks, you will use your customer service skills to the full and enjoy genuine impact on the safety and satisfaction of their clients. Demonstrate you have the can-do approach and commitment to customers and you could move into a permanent position - with a fast-moving career that could take you almost anywhere. Initial training will be Monday - Friday office based for 5-6 weeks followed by supported learning onsite for 2 months and then flexing between home and office, working from office 2 days per month.

You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to retail and online payment disputes - building real rapport and reaching the right resolution. To succeed, you'll need to ask relevant questions, fully understand the customer's concerns and involve specialist colleagues when needed.

It's an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme plus extensive ongoing support. Whether you're an experienced customer service professional or an ambitious school or college leaver, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time.

If you have what it takes, you can expect a fantastic starting salary £20,001 plus 33 days holiday (pro-rata where appropriate), generous pension scheme, on-site gym and restaurant facilities and wide-ranging employee discounts. In return, you'll need to have flexible approach to set hours, the operation requires resource between 6am and 12 midnight, Monday to Sunday.
