Parts Advisor - Portadown

Manpower is recruiting a Parts Advisor with our client who are a leading supplier of heavy machinery based in Portadown, well connected just off the M1.

We are looking to speak with candidates with Parts experience, preferably with some Truck or Plant/ Heavy Machinery experience however general motor trade is welcome.

This role will be working in a small team to support both workshop, field engineers and a range of customers for machinery parts.

The Role

• Support workshop and field engineers with parts required
• Provide a great service to customers enquiring or ordering parts
• Help increase parts sales and develop customer relationships
• Stock control and keep a well organised stores area
• Help with wider team and other departments when required
• Use computerised stock management system effectively

What we are looking for

• Experience as Parts Advisor or similar in motor trade, ideally HGV or Plant knowledge
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service
• Organised approach to stores and stock management
• Ideally experience with computerised stock management system
