The Position
The Systems and Support Analyst will manage technology incidents and requests from across our business include local and regional support. Those incidents or requests will either be delivered via phone, chat, email or directly through self-service functionality. The role will be responsible for resolving most incidents and addressing most requests independently and where outside of their capabilities, ensuring they are assigned to the most appropriate member of the team or one of our approved managed service providers.
Responsibilities
- Provides 1st and 2nd Line End User Support
- Performs analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of support incidents
- Administer the help desk process and systems
- Sets up new users and decommissions leavers (End User Hardware and Access to Applications)
- Manage end user hardware including telephones, mobile phones, tablets, laptop, and desktop computers
- Support Operating System (Currently Windows 10)
- Conduct remote device management
- Manage Active Directory (Creations, Deletions, Passwords and Group Maintenance)
- Maintain accurate software and hardware asset records
Experience and Attributes Needed
- Passion and understanding of the IT and Technology landscape
- Good written and spoken English communication skills including an ability to articulate technical subjects to non-technical users
- Fast learner with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- A problem solver
- Driven and Self-Motivated with a focus on ensuring our business operates efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate an organised approach to their work

- £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
