We are currently recruiting Claims Assessors for our client in Dorking, Surrey - a permanent post with excellent benefits.
Ideally you will have a Medical, Life, Health, PPI or General Insurance background - however relevant transferable skills (e.g., customer service, case management, analytical ability, report writing, attention to detail) are equally important.
This is a full-time role, (36.25 hours per week), Monday to Friday. At first our client requires you to attend the Dorking office for training, but after that we anticipate your attendance to the office to be flexible (but a minimum of twice a week is expected).
You'll be responsible for a portfolio of claims clients, with a value in the millions, typically dealing with Senior Executives, such as CEO's and HR Directors as part of your relationship management, so no two days are the same!
This role gives you the opportunity to be curious and demonstrate analytical thinking, an investigatory mindset, and remain empathetic, where you'll look at patterns and spot consistencies and make autonomous decisions under pressure.
You'll be great on the telephone, with an ability to form clear written reports and be confident to present your findings, and you'll be a relationship builder who can deal with conflict and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders.
