Manpower is currently recruiting for a Pathway Co-ordinator/Administrator based in Forest Hall.
We are looking for reliable and committed individuals who are willing to learn and develop within this role. You will have excellent Administration and Communication skills. This role will be based within a busy office environment.
Hours: -
09:00 - 17:00
Monday - Friday
Pay: -
£10.29 - £11.53
Duties and responsibilities to include: -
- Diary Management
- Organising and minuting meetings
- Arranging clinic appointments
- Typing letters and reports
- Monitor admin inbox and Support tasks in email box - this may include delegation - monitor and distribute admin email box workflow.
- Discharges and CPA removal of HCP on RIO.
- Monitor dashboards and RIO management reports to provide statistical reports when required, print monthly reports -
- Responsible for prompting the clinician to tasks that they have to do, for example, conducting a CPA review when required.
- Support other admin within the team
- As required admin tasks
- Will be required to assist with cover as below in times of decreased admin staffing
- Answering busy telephone
- Scanning/Filing
- Room bookings
- Taking messages (including speaking to and face to face contact with service users)
- Very busy department - need someone who is resilient as will deal with distressing and challenging phone calls and face to face
- Must have proven minute taking and diary management experience
- Good customer service / telephone
- Previous office admin experience.
- Use of Outlook.
- Rio - Patient Electronic Record; Experience desired but not essential as the right candidate will be given training.
